With an inner width of 23 mm, this rim profile follows modern road performance standards — supporting the use of wider tires for better grip, higher stability, and more optimal rolling efficiency compared to previous generations.

With a very lightweight wheelset, the HR-800 is also an ideal choice for climbing performance, helping to maintain momentum on long climbs and providing a more responsive acceleration every time out of a corner or gradient change.

Latest Generation Material & Structure

The rim uses T1000 high-modulus carbon blend, resulting in a combination:

• Very lightweight

• High structural stiffness

• More direct acceleration response

Combined with the latest rim geometry design and TRS (Tubeless Ready System) technology, this wheelset provides maximum tire usage flexibility.

TRS allows the use of both tubeless and regular clincher tires.
This means the wheelset remains easy to use with a conventional tire setup that is already familiar, while still opening up upgrade options to a tubeless system in the future without needing to replace the wheelset.

⚠ Special Attention – Carbon Straightpull Spoke System

Strummer Carbon Straightpull Spokes use a different system from conventional spokes.

On conventional spokes, tightening and loosening are done from the inner diameter side of the rim.
For Strummer carbon spokes, this method is strictly prohibited, as it can damage the product and endanger user safety.

For spoke servicing, it is mandatory to use:

• Spoke Holder 3.4 mm (Example: Park Tool SW-22)

• Internal Nipple Spoke Wrench 5.5 mm (Example: Park Tool SW-15)

Always use the appropriate tools and follow the correct service procedures to maintain product lifespan and user safety.
