  The video must be recorded without cuts or editing, starting before the package is opened and continuing until the product and all its accessories are clearly visible, including the shipping label or waybill.
• Official purchase receipt
  The receipt must clearly include the store name and purchase date. Modified or incomplete receipts cannot be accepted.
• Damage to the outer packaging
  Damage to the outer packaging caused during shipping is not Strummer’s responsibility as long as it does not affect the condition of the product. Complaints may be filed directly with the shipping company.
• Additional costs
  The warranty does not cover shipping costs or installation service fees.

• Strummer reserves the right to request additional evidence for claim investigations.
• Strummer may repair or replace the product with a similar product or one with equivalent functionality.

The warranty does not cover components or conditions classified as wear & tear, meaning wear or reduced functionality that occurs naturally due to use, service life, environmental conditions, or maintenance.

Damage classified as wear & tear cannot be claimed as a product defect, even if it occurs during the warranty period.

Valve components may experience wear or damage after a certain period of use. Such damage is classified as wear & tear and cannot be claimed under the warranty. Strummer provides replacement valve parts that can be purchased separately if needed.

The warranty is not valid if:

• The product has been modified
• Used outside the specifications
• Exposed to liquid due to improper installation of the battery cover rubber seal
• Subjected to a hard impact or fall
