Delivery

Shipping will be done by us after receiving payment and quality check process (checking the condition of the goods before shipping). Shipping will be done on our working schedule (excluding red dates, holidays, and national holidays).

We will pack all shipments without any additional costs.

There may be a difference between the shipping cost we charge and the actual shipping cost. The shipping cost shown on our website is an estimate. If the shipping cost is higher than the estimate, the buyer will not pay the excess. If the shipping cost is lower than the estimate, the buyer is also not entitled to claim the difference in shipping cost back. We will continue to try to make changes so that the estimated shipping cost is more accurate.

We will try to make deliveries according to the courier requested by the buyer, but if there is a problem with the courier chosen by the buyer, we have the right to replace it with another courier without prior notification (to speed up the delivery process).

For International Customers (Outside of Indonesia)

You might need to pay import duties, taxes and tariffs in your respective countries. Strummer Bikes & Components are not responsible for extra import duties, taxes and tariffs that you may have to pay.

We will try our best to ship products according to your selected courier service. However, should there any issue arise from chosen courier, we reserve the right to use other courier to help expedite the shipping process, so that you (our customer) will receive the product.
