Ruji Size Guide to Assembling Strummer Wheelset

This guide was created to help determine the correct spoke size when assembling a Strummer wheelset. This guide can be used as a reference, but it is important to remember that there is a possibility of inaccurate information due to changes in product sizes/specifications, or user error when inputting data.

Lacing recommendations: Generally, we recommend 3 crosses for 28H and 32H, 2 crosses for 24H.

Road Rim-Brake Wheelset Assembly with J-Bend Hub
The Strummer road rim-brake wheelset has O.L.D. 9x100mm front & 10x130mm rear. This wheelset has standard compatibility with Shimano groupsets (Cassette Sprocket HG Road System). Freehub bodies compatible with SRAM groupsets (Cassette Sprocket XDR System) are available for some Strummer hub types (sold separately, limited supply).

Road Disc-Brake & Gravel Wheelset Assembly with J-Bend Hub
Strummer wheelset for road disc-brake hadith with O.L.D. front 12x100 mm & rear 12x142 mm when assembled using the Strummer HR-360 hub. For bicycle owners with different fork or frame sizes, don't worry, we provide an end cap (adapter) measuring 9x100 mm for the front hub. For the rear hub, an end cap (adapter) measuring 10x135 mm & 10x142 mm is available. The Strummer HR-360 hub is suitable for use with a shimano groupset that has a standard HG Road cassette sprocket. Freehub bodies compatible with SRAM groupsets (Cassette Sprocket XDR System) are available for some Strummer hub types (sold separately, limited supply).

Road Disc-Brake & Gravel Wheelset Assembly with Straightpull Hub
We do not provide spoke size calculations with Straightpull hubs other than the hub & rim combinations listed below.The wheelset assembly with a straightpull system does not allow the selection of a cross pattern.
We recommend that you purchase a wheelset that has been assembled by us, if you want to use a wheelset with a straightpull system.
