Dealer Registration Process

1. Complete the registration form
   Prospective dealers submit their business information through the registration form.
2. Completeness check via WhatsApp
   The Strummer team will review the submitted information and contact prospective dealers via WhatsApp if confirmation or additional information is required.
3. Get Strummer’s B2B contact
   After the information is confirmed to be complete and has undergone verification, the Strummer team will contact prospective dealers and provide a dedicated B2B hotline number for wholesale sales.
4. Gain access to B2B information
   Dealers will receive information on special wholesale prices, MOQ or minimum purchase requirements, and other partnership terms. At this stage, dealers will also receive a form to register their store in Strummer’s store locator system so it can be found and contacted by potential buyers.
5. Start making purchases
   Product orders and consultations can be handled via WhatsApp chat or WhatsApp Call with Strummer’s B2B hotline.
