The Strummer Integrated Star Ratchet 60T features the latest materials and a more efficient, modern integrated system design. This system uses 1 spring, so when the freewheel is operating, only one side of the mechanism moves. The structure is simpler, minimizing unnecessary friction and making maintenance easier.

With 60 teeth, engagement feels tighter and more responsive compared with a lower tooth count. Suitable for riders seeking more precise power transfer, faster acceleration, and better control during technical riding.

Compatibility with Modification
For the following products, the integrated system must be removed first.
Use only 2 ratchet gears (black, according to the 2025 version) and continue using the original spring supplied with the hub/wheelset:

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the old system from the hub (2 springs + 2 star ratchets).

2. The product is shipped without grease (ungreased).
   Use special pawl & ratchet grease to lubricate the surfaces between the gears before installation.

3. For new hubs:

   • White part on the inner side

   • Red part on the outer side (near the sprocket)

4. For hubs that have already been used, clean the mechanism area before installation for optimal performance.

5. For hubs that do not support the integrated system (2025 version only), remove the integrated system and use only 2 ratchet gears with the original spring supplied with the hub.
