Rear Hub (Freehub) Maintenance Notes
Grease lubricates the parts that rub against each other in the freehub mechanism of the rear hub, helping to reduce friction and wear. Removing all the grease solely to obtain a louder sound is not recommended. Without adequate lubrication, components may wear out or become damaged more quickly, shortening their service life. Use the type and amount of lubricant recommended for product maintenance.

HR-800 Maintenance
The end cap can be removed by pulling it off. Use the grease recommended by Strummer for the ratchet mechanism, as well as the appropriate bearing press/puller tools. For complete disassembly and installation, ask a dealer for assistance.
