The Strummer BSA 24 bottom bracket is available with steel or ceramic bearings. It uses high-quality, precisely sized bearings for durability and strength, delivering a smooth, efficient ride. A plastic sleeve in the center helps prevent water and dust from entering the bearings. The specially designed left and right covers make it very difficult for dust and water to get into the bearings.

Choosing Bearings for Off-Road MTB
For off-road MTB use involving hard impacts, we recommend the steel bearing version of the BSA-24 BB. Ceramic bearings are not automatically more durable for this type of use. Continue to maintain the bearings according to your riding conditions.
