Torque Notes
Use a torque wrench during installation. Start with a low torque setting, then increase it gradually until the seatpost no longer slips.
General recommendation: 4–6 Nm.
For use with a carbon seatpost, start with a lower torque of approximately 4–5 Nm, and using carbon assembly paste is recommended.
Do not overtighten, as this may damage the seat clamp, seatpost, or frame. Make sure the seat clamp size matches the outer diameter of the frame's seat tube.
