Rear Hub Maintenance Notes (Freehub)
Grease lubricates the parts that rub against each other in the freehub mechanism of the rear hub, helping reduce friction and wear. Removing all the grease solely to obtain a louder sound is not recommended. Without adequate lubrication, components may wear out or become damaged more quickly, shortening their service life. Use the type and amount of lubricant recommended for product maintenance.
