Strummer HM-650 Hub (Microspline, 6 Pawls, 114 POE)
Uses a Microspline freehub body with a tighter spline design to help distribute the load across the cassette.
Equipped with a 6-pawl, 3-tooth system, producing 114 points of engagement (POE) for responsive engagement when pedaling begins. This system is designed to provide consistent drivetrain response.
Produces the distinctive buzzing freehub sound when coasting.
This hub is compatible with 12-speed MTB Microspline systems and uses AL6061-T6 & AL7075-T6 materials in its main components.

Rear Hub (Freehub) Maintenance Note
Grease lubricates the contacting parts of the freehub mechanism in the rear hub, helping reduce friction and wear. Removing all the grease solely to obtain a louder sound is not recommended. Without adequate lubrication, components may wear out or become damaged more quickly, shortening their service life. Use the type and amount of lubricant recommended for product maintenance.

Using a 9-speed HG MTB Cassette
A 9-speed HG MTB cassette cannot be installed directly on a Microspline freehub. Use the compatible 6-Pawl Gen-1 HG MTB freehub body, sold separately, then check axle, end cap, rotor, and hole-count compatibility with the bicycle.
