Rear Hub (Freehub) Maintenance Note
Grease lubricates the contact surfaces in the rear hub’s freehub mechanism, helping reduce friction and wear. Removing all the grease solely to obtain a louder sound is not recommended. Without adequate lubrication, components may wear out or become damaged more quickly, shortening their service life. Use the type and amount of lubricant recommended for product maintenance.
