Strummer HR-360 Gen-2 is designed as one of the best hubs for road disc and gravel bikes. Built for high speeds on smooth roads while remaining strong enough to handle uneven gravel surfaces.
Using the latest 54T Ratchet mechanism, this hub provides a faster response and better performance than the previous generation. With a 6.7° engagement angle, power from the pedals can be transferred efficiently to the wheelset for optimal acceleration.
This mechanism can also be upgraded to the 60T Star Ratchet, producing tighter engagement with a 6° engagement angle for an extremely fast response, especially when starting to pedal from a standstill.

Rear Hub Maintenance Notes (Freehub)
Grease lubricates the parts that rub against each other in the freehub mechanism on the rear hub, helping reduce friction and wear. Removing all the grease solely to achieve a louder sound is not recommended. Without adequate lubrication, components may wear out or become damaged more quickly, shortening their service life. Use the type and amount of lubricant specified in the product maintenance recommendations.
Use on the Polygon Tambora G4
For the Polygon Tambora G4, the HR-360 Ratchet Gen-2 can be an option with a 12×100 mm front axle and 12×142 mm rear axle, provided the spoke hole count matches the rim. Polygon Urbano 5
Check the axle standard and rim spoke hole count on the Polygon Urbano 5 being used. For a 100 mm front and 135 mm rear QR setup, the HR-360 Gen-2 requires the ADT-00085BK front adaptor and ADT-00087BK rear end cap, sold separately. A 6-bolt rotor requires a suitable Centerlock adaptor. Check compatibility with the bicycle before installation.

The HR-360 Gen-2 supports 12-speed HG Road cassettes. Make sure the cassette uses an HG Road freehub body. This hub is not currently available in a 36H variant; the hub and rim spoke hole counts must match.

Yes, a 6-bolt rotor can be installed on the HR-360 Gen-2 hub using a suitable 6-bolt-to-Centerlock rotor adaptor. The adaptor is sold separately.
