The Adaptor Stem Alloy ST-L124 is an adapter for converting the fork steerer tube size to 28.6 mm / 1-1/8 inch, allowing it to be used with ahead / threadless stems featuring a 28.6 mm clamp.
This product is suitable for older bicycles or certain setups that still use forks with smaller steerer sizes but want to use a modern 28.6 mm stem.
Two adapter lower-section sizes are available: 21.1 mm and 25.4 mm. Choose the variant according to the inner diameter of the fork steerer being used.

Notes
Make sure the fork steerer size matches the selected adapter variant. The stem used must have a 28.6 mm / 1-1/8 inch clamp.
This product is not primarily intended to raise the stem height, although the stem position may change depending on the installation setup. The main purpose of this product is to convert the steerer size for use with a 28.6 mm stem.
