Installing a Strummer Super CNC 12/14T Pulley on a Shimano 105 Rear Derailleur

In the video below, you can see the customer installing the Strummer Super CNC pulley on a Shimano 105 rear derailleur (long-cage variant). This rear derailleur (RD) comes with 11T and 13T sprockets, so the user decided to upgrade the sizes to 12 & 14T.

The pulley has a larger diameter, reducing the bends in the chain. The black ceramic bearings in this pulley have low friction, resulting in less friction during rotation. These two factors make rear derailleur operation more efficient.

The hard alloy material makes this pulley durable for long-term use.

The narrow-wide design also helps with chain retention (making the chain less likely to fall off).
