Laser Marking Error on Freehub Body HM-380 10x135 Gen-1

Important Notice

A production error was found in the laser marking process of the Strummer HM-380 rear hub, specifically in batch number 2507.

On the freehub body, the text Gen-2 is printed. However, according to specifications, the Gen-2 Hub should have a wider trigger as seen in the example photo (HM-350 Gen-2).

This error:

• Does not affect the safety, function, or appearance of the product when used.

• Only affects the product generation marking.

Attention to buyers:

If your hub has a wider trigger, make sure to purchase spare parts with a wide trigger size for repair or replacement purposes.

Based on this consideration, we have decided not to recall this product.
