Laser Marking Error on Freehub Body HM-380 10x135 Gen-1

Important Notice

A production error was found in the laser marking process of the Strummer HM-380 rear hub, specifically in batch number 2507.

The freehub body is printed with Gen-2. However, according to the specifications, the Gen-2 Hub should have wider pawls, as shown in the example photo (HM-350 Gen-2).

This error:

• Does not affect the product's safety, function, or appearance when in use.

• Only affects the product generation marking.

Attention buyers:

If your hub has a wider pawl, make sure to purchase a spare part with a wide pawl for repair or replacement.

Based on these considerations, we have decided not to recall this product.
