Strummer HM-350 MTB Hub – 114 POE, QR Ready, 6-Bolt Disc
The Strummer HM-350 is an MTB hub with a 114 POE engagement system using a 6 pawls, 3 teeth mechanism. This system delivers a quick pedaling response with a distinctive, pronounced freehub sound.
This hub uses a combination of AL6061-T6 for the body and AL7075-T6 for the axle to balance strength, weight, and durability. The standard configuration uses a Quick Release system, with optional adapters/end caps available for several other axle standards.

Rear Hub (Freehub) Maintenance Notes
Grease lubricates the parts that rub against each other in the rear hub's freehub mechanism, helping reduce friction and wear. Removing all the grease solely to obtain a louder sound is not recommended. Without adequate lubrication, components may wear out or become damaged more quickly, shortening their service life. Use the type and amount of lubricant specified in the product maintenance recommendations.
Thru-Axle Conversion
The HM-350 Gen-1 can be converted to a 12×142 mm thru axle using a separately sold adapter/end cap. For a 12×148 mm configuration, first use the 12×142 mm adapter, then use the appropriate 12×142 to 12×148 mm conversion adapter. Make sure the final configuration is compatible with the frame and rotor position during installation.
