Product Photographer & Visual Content Specialist

Location: Surabaya

We are looking for a candidate experienced in product photography to produce visual assets for catalogs, websites, marketplaces, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Photograph products with good lighting, angles, and composition.
• Create clean and consistent catalog photos.
• Perform background removal, retouching, and color correction.
• Create creative photos for promotional and social media needs.
• Create simple posters, banners, or product features.
• Crop, resize, and export according to platform requirements.
• Maintain the organization of files and visual assets.
• Help improve product photography standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in product photography or commercial photography.
• Proficient in using mirrorless or DSLR cameras manually.
• Understanding of studio lighting and product photography techniques.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent professional software.
• Able to perform masking, background removal, retouching, and color correction neatly.
• Basic layout and poster design skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• A product photography portfolio is required.

Candidates with around 2–4 years of experience are preferred. Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they have a strong portfolio.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience handling bicycle, sports, automotive, electronics, or technical products.
• Experienced in photographing carbon, aluminum, glossy, matte, or reflective surfaces.
• Able to create and edit simple product videos.
• Proficient in Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Able to provide input on lighting, angles, styling, and production workflows.
