This adapter (end cap) is used to change the rear hub of a Strummer MTB hub from 10x135 mm to 10x142 mm (QR Boost).

Installation Guide
Remove the adapter (end cap) on your hub.
Install the newly purchased 10x142 mm (5.2x142 mm) adapter (end cap). The wider adapter (end cap) at the bottom is installed on the disc brake part, while the smaller adapter (end cap) is installed on the freehub body.
