Product Warranty Information Brand Strummer

The warranty program below applies to the purchase of our products in the territory of Indonesia from official dealers/resellers with valid proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the first party and is non-transferable. Strummer reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the damage is caused by user error or improper use. The warranty duration is calculated from the date on the original/official purchase receipt. The warranty is only for products with the original Strummer brand. Strummer reserves the right to reject warranty requests from parties with a history of fraudulent warranty claims. Strummer has the right to exchange the product with a similar product or one with the same function. Strummer has the right to request additional evidence necessary for the investigation process of warranty claims.

Conditions and details of warranty claims:

1. Unboxing video (opening the package, which also shows the receipt or label on the package). If there are errors, damages, shortages, or discrepancies, they can be verified from the video. The video must be recorded without cuts and edits from the beginning before the package is opened, until it shows the condition of the product and the completeness of the packaging.

2. Official/valid purchase receipt from the seller showing the store name and a clear purchase date. Modified or incomplete receipts cannot be accepted.

3. Damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product (no damage, no shortages), caused by being bumped/dropped/scratched/other during the shipping process is not the responsibility of Strummer. Buyers are requested to file a complaint with the shipping service provider for this matter.

4. The warranty program does not cover costs arising from shipping fees & installation services.

5. The warranty is valid for the first owner of the product and is non-transferable.

Indoor Bike Trainer Strummer

  • Applicable to Bike Trainer Strummer BT-9, BT-10
  • 1 Year warranty on the iron frame. 6 months warranty on the electronic system (specifically for Strummer BT-10). 3 months warranty on the quick release skewer obtained from the purchase of the bike trainer.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been modified, or has been splashed/immersed in water or other liquids, or if used beyond the specified maximum weight.
  • The warranty is void if the product is used outdoors, or exposed to excessive hot/cold temperatures, UV rays, and others. The indoor bike trainer must be used indoors.
  • The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to wear & tear, such as cables, roller units on the trainer, batteries, rubber, or other units.
  • The warranty does not cover damage to bicycle parts caused by the use of this product.

Strummer Carbon Rim

  • Applicable to Aeroflow Pro Carbon D35, R35, D50, R50 types.
  • 6 months warranty.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been modified, or if the installation process does not comply with specifications (exceeding maximum weight, or exceeding maximum spoke tension, or exceeding maximum tire pressure, or using tires that do not match the appropriate size, or using incompatible brake pads). Buyers are advised to use a tire pressure calculator to adjust the system weight with the appropriate air pressure.
  • The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to wear & tear, such as brake lines on rim-brake rims, or other parts.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, such as cracks/damage/scratches from hitting potholes, being bumped, or falling during use or transport.
  • The warranty does not cover damage to bicycle parts caused by the use of this product.

Strummer Wheelset

  • Applicable to the following types:
    Aeroflow Xtreme HR-500 (Carbon Rims, Pillar Spoke)
    Aeroflow Xtreme HR-700 (Carbon Rims, Carbon Spoke)
    Tempo30 HR-500 (Alloy Wheelset)
  • 6 months warranty.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been modified, or if the installation process does not comply with specifications (exceeding maximum weight, or exceeding maximum spoke tension, or exceeding maximum tire pressure, or using tires that do not match the appropriate size, or using incompatible brake pads, or using incompatible tools during service/repair/assembly).
  • The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to wear & tear, such as brake lines on rim-brake rims, or other parts.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, such as cracks/damage/scratches from hitting potholes, being bumped, or falling during use or transport.
  • The warranty does not cover damage to bicycle parts caused by the use of this product.
  • There is no crash replacement warranty program for Strummer wheelsets.

Strummer Digital Caliper DC-150X

  • 6 months warranty from the date of purchase invoice.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been modified, or if the installation process does not comply with specifications. Ensure the rubber on the bottom of the battery cover is properly installed before the caliper is exposed to liquid.
  • The warranty does not cover corrosion on stainless steel parts. Users are advised to clean and dry the caliper after the unit is exposed to liquid.
  • The warranty does not apply to damage caused by hard impacts on the unit due to falling, being thrown, or other incidents that do not comply with the proper use of the product.

Strummer Unbound CF Carbon Frame/Fork

  • 1 year warranty from the date of purchase invoice. The warranty is valid for the first buyer. The warranty is non-transferable. Strummer has the right to request further data to verify ownership of the frame.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been modified, or if the installation process does not comply with specifications. Use a torque wrench when installing bolts. Use a mechanic with the competence to install carbon frames to ensure proper installation according to standards.
  • Paint, finishing, coating, stickers, and bearings that are chipped or damaged during use are not included in the warranty. These items are considered wear and tear.
  • During the warranty period, Strummer bikes will strive to repair or replace damaged parts with spare parts at no additional cost. Refurbished spare parts may also be used for this program if new spare parts are not available. Strummer cannot guarantee color matching with the original frame owned by the user.
  • This frame is designed for gravel use. Suitable for rocky roads and small to medium jumps. This frame is not designed for downhill and large jumps.

Strummer Pump (Classic, Sport, Expert, Expert+)

6 months warranty from the date of purchase invoice. The warranty is valid for the first buyer. The warranty is non-transferable. Strummer has the right to request further data to verify ownership of the product.

The warranty is void if the product has been modified, or if the usage process does not comply with specifications/intended use.

Paint, finishing, coating, stickers, rubber seals, and o-rings that are damaged during use are not included in the warranty. These items are considered wear and tear.

During the warranty period, Strummer bikes will strive to repair or replace damaged parts with spare parts at no additional cost. Refurbished spare parts may also be used for this program if new spare parts are not available. Strummer cannot guarantee color matching with the original product owned by the user.
