Connect the built-in power meter to your cellphone, tablet/iPad, or laptop for integration with indoor training applications (Example: Zwift). Designed to accommodate a wide range of bicycle wheel sizes, from 26 to 29 inches and 700c.

This bike trainer is suitable for use on bicycles with a quick release skewer system, with a rear hub size of 10x135 mm to 10x142 mm. For bicycles equipped with a thru axle system, we offer a bike trainer compatible axle 12x142 mm with P1.0, P1.5 and P1.75 threads (sold separately). This axle may also be suitable for 12x148 mm bikes in certain conditions (please contact us for further discussion).

For an optimal experience, we recommend using tires with fine threads to minimize shock and reduce noise when using the bike trainer. It is very important to ensure that the trainer is installed correctly and safely. If you are using a Strummer thru axle trainer with a BT-10 trainer, make sure to install the spacers correctly to maintain the required distance between the trainer clamping system and your bike frame, to prevent unwanted scuffing/damage.

Connection with Garmin

If you have a bike computer (cyclocomp) with the Garmin brand (which has a Bluetooth feature), you can connect to the trainer. Turn on the sensor on the trainer by pedaling the bicycle (so the sensor will turn on). Then connect the BT-10 trainer as a power meter.
